The price shown refers to the monthly fee for the 84-month term, excluding statutory VAT.
Included in the fee:
1. Operating Envelope (OE): Defines the plant's usage perimeter (setpoints, operating hours, operating conditions) with a guaranteed fixed fee. It flexibly adapts to business needs, accompanying the customer's growth.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA): Outlines precise metrics for plant availability (uptime) and includes automatic service credits in case of deviations.
3. Extended warranty on all equipment components for the entire duration of the service.
4. An All-Risk insurance policy for damages sustained or caused by the rented assets with a primary European insurance company, covering fire, comprehensive damage (Kasko), and electrical phenomena.
5. Scheduled ordinary maintenance interventions carried out by both specialized technical personnel from the EUCOS Group and qualified technicians from the manufacturer's authorized service centers.
6. Technical assistance interventions, on-site or remote, necessary to restore any faults or anomalies that may occur throughout the service period.
7. Equipment operation in compliance with all attributable legislative obligations. For Italian legislation, this includes: compiling the system logbook, periodic checks for fluorinated gas leaks, telematic submission of interventions related to FGas Regulation to the ministerial portal, and compiling and transmitting Energy Efficiency Control Reports to the provincial registry of thermal plants.
8. Remote supervision with the "EUCOS Field Sense" Web IoT platform connected via cellular network (NB-IOT, LTE-M, 4G) to the equipment in the field via the "EUCOS Box".
Excluded from the fee:
9. Equipment installation and related accessory works (e.g., labor, lifting, refrigerant lines, electrical lines, support brackets, etc.). Installation can be carried out by your trusted installer or by a company from the EUCOS Group.
10. Electricity supply to power the rented equipment.
11. Supply of any air filters, which will be billed based on consumption.
12. Damages caused by willful misconduct or negligence.
